WoltSMS provides temporary virtual phone numbers for the purpose of receiving SMS messages, primarily for account verification and activation on third-party platforms. Our Service is designed to:

• Provide temporary access to virtual phone numbers
• Receive and display SMS messages sent to these numbers
• Allow users to access verification codes for legitimate purposes
• Maintain user privacy by not requiring personal phone numbers

IMPORTANT: All phone numbers provided through our Service are temporary and may be:

• Recycled and reassigned to other users without notice
• Discontinued or made unavailable at any time
• Used by multiple users over time
• Subject to availability and technical limitations

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service.

• Any illegal activities conducted using our Service
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Service

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We handle SMS messages and user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Messages are temporary and automatically deleted according to our retention policies.

The Service and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by WoltSMS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiations between the parties
2. Binding arbitration if negotiations fail
3. The courts of USA for any matters not subject to arbitration

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WoltSMS regarding the Service.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.
